Mekong Capital works closely with the companies in which the Mekong Enterprise Fund invests to help recruit excellent managers for those companies. After helping to recruit those people, Mekong Capital works closely with them to implement best practices in management systems. For example, Mekong Capital may help to recruit a Process Improvement Manager for a company and then work closely with that person to implement some six sigma type projects or lean manufacturing systems.
