Buyout Professional Needed

Mekong Capital is the leading private equity firm in Vietnam.

We are expanding our business strategy to LBO.

1. Position requirements:
The professional to be able to lead Buyout strategy in Mekong Capital should possess the followings:

1.1. Doing:

  • broad understanding of private equity process and universe;
  • technical experience in all phases of a successful buyout process, including but not limited to: sourcing, deal structuring, valuation, transaction execution, implementation, post-investment management, exit strategies, etc;
  • value creation;
  • public relations.

1.2. Being:

  • at least 6-8 years experience;
  • exposed and involved in successful buyout deals in Asia and emerging markets (please provide track records);
  • willing to relocate to Vietnam;
  • empowering leadership;
  • people management skills;
  • change management skills;
  • communication skills.

2. Job description:

  • Mekong Capital commits to giving very competitive base salary plus benefits;
