The company is an industrial-estate and urban zone developer that specializing in development of new industrial parks, urban areas, commercial centers as well as providing multifunctional services for these areas such as Que Vo Industrial parks and Phuc Ninh urban zone.

In 2007, the company’s revenue amounted to about VND540 billion (US$ 33.8 million), an increase of more than 300% in comparison with that of 2006.

The company recorded a net profit of VND320 billion (US$ 20 million) in 2007, an increase of about 700% compared to that of 2006, representing an impressive net profit margin of almost 60%. The company is currently listed on Hanoi Stock Trading Center with ticker KBC

KBC is an industrial park (IP) developer offering rental land and logistics warehouses in diversified industrial parks to manufacturers.

Que Vo industrial park is the first and very successful IP business of KBC, attracting investors not only by its high quality service but also its ideal location in the important traffic network connecting the big economic centers of Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, to Noi Bai International Airport and other sea-ports, advantageous to transport exports-imports. History

Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation was established on 27 March 2002. In 2003, Que Vo Industrial Park-the first Industrial Park of KBC, was constructed and two years later, Cannon-a giant Japanese group selected Que Vo IP for their second factory in Vietnam. Phuc Ninh urban zone was started for construction preparation. In 2007, Foxconn- a giant Taiwanese Group selected Que Vo IP for their first factory in Vietnam. The company was listed on HOSE on 13 Dec, 2007. Que Vo expanded Industrial Park near Que Vo Industrial Park with an area of 300 hectares this year has started to run its infrastructures and ready to be built to attract more foreign investors.
