Before joining Mekong Capital in July 2003, Le was Assistant to the General Director of Huy Hoang Garment & Construction Joint Stock Company. Prior to that, she worked in the tax consulting practice of KPMG in Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to that, she was Assistant to the Vice President of the Venetian Blind Company in Montclair, California, where she was involved in inventory management and costing. She has an MBA from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the Economics University in Ho Chi Minh City.

Prior to joining Mekong Capital, Quoc Huy was previously in charge of the tax compliance issues of Unilever Vietnam for more than 2 years. During that time, Huy also involved in the review process of the company’s commercial contracts. Prior to that, he had been a tax consultant of Ernst & Young Vietnam for 4.5 years. Huy has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City.

Bao was previously the Finance Manager cum Chief Accountant of Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Ltd, taking care of all financial matters in 5 years. Before that, she was an auditor at KPMG in Ho Chi Minh City for more than 3 years. Prior to that, she worked as a General Accountant cum in charge Chief Accountant for Green Mountain JVC in Duc Trong, Lam Dong Province. Ms. Bao has a Bachelor degree in English, a Chief Accountant certificate and is obtaining ACCA certificate.

Before joining Mekong Capital, Chau used to be the Chief Financial Controller of Pacorinii Vietnam Ltd., an Italian company for 3 years. Before that, she was the Chief Accountant of Bero Vietnam Ltd., a Germany company for 3 years. In addition to that, Chau had 5 year experience as an auditor/senior auditor with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She obtained a BA in Laws and a BA in Economics. Chau also has Vietnam CPA Certificate and Chief Accountant Certificate, and is obtaining ACCA Certificate in June 2008.

Hanh was previously a payment accountant at Southern Waterborne Transport Corporation, a state-owed enterprise under the Ministry of Transport and Communication specializing in transportation and stevedoring, where she worked for 3 years. During that period, she specialized in bank transaction accounting. Hanh has a BA Degree in Finance from the University of Economic in Ho Chi Minh City.

Before joining Mekong Capital Ltd., Ms. Vu Anh has been, for three years, the Senior Manager in charge of Human Resources at Vina Game Software Service Joint-Stock Company, the leading Internet-based entertainment and community services provider in Vietnam with more than 1,100 employees nationwide. Prior to that, she has had five years working as Administration Manager cum Human Resources Executive in Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd., a 100% foreign-invested company producing and selling The Coca-Cola Company's soft drink brands, where she was involved in HR support to Coca-Cola expatriate employees in Indochina Region, as well as in charge of HR Reporting to the South-East and West Asia Division of The Coca-Cola Company. Ms. Vu Anh holds a Bachelor Degree in English Teaching from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.

Huong Giang was previously a Chief of HR/General Affairs in Tsukuba Diecasting Vietnam Company Ltd., (a Japanese company) where she has worked for more than 11 years. Giang also was Tsukuba’s Internal Auditor of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Prior to that, Giang was a Legal Research and a Consultant in Vietnam Red Cross and Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Invalids from 1993-1996. Giang has Bachelor Degree in Law of Hanoi University and Bachelor Degree in English of Hanoi Foreign Language University.

Ms. Le Thi Tam Hien was previously a Senior Recruitment Consultant of First Alliances, an Australian-owned executive search firm in Vietnam, for more than 2 years. Prior that, she was an Account Manager of Kingsmen Vietnam, a Singaporean designing and advertising construction company, where she worked for 4 years. Hien has a Bachelor Degree in English, and has received a Certification of Advanced Professional HR Consultant from BCC.

Before joining Mekong Capital in June 2006, Ha was a Personal Assistant to General Director and a Client Service Coordinator in Regus Vietnam Limited from March 1999-June 2006. Prior to that, Ms. Ha was an Assistant to General Manager in Iwatani, a Japanese Trading Corporation. She also used to work as Secretary to General Sales Manager in Coca Cola Company Ltd from 1995-1996. Ms. Ha graduated from the Foreign Language University in Ha Noi with a Bachelor Degree in English. Ha is a shareholder of Mekong Capital.

Prior to joining Mekong Capital, Huong served as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Vietnam, where she was involved in providing advisory services on corporate intelligence, market research, industry competitive analysis, licensing and regulations to international corporations and foreign invested projects in Vietnam. Before that, Huong worked for Andersen Vietnam as an information officer who managed the corporate filing and library systems. Prior to that, Huong was a reporter with Radio The Voice of Vietnam. She obtained a BA degree in Russian Linguistics and Literature from the General University of Ho Chi Minh City.

Phuong Linh was previously an Investment Analyst at Bao Viet Securities Company, Ho Chi Minh City Branch. At Bao Viet, she was responsible for preparing periodical stock market reports and factsheets of joint-stock companies, as well as providing brokerage and advisory services for foreign clients. Linh has a Master degree of International Economics and Finance from University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia and a Bachelor in Corporate Finance from Economics University in Ho Chi Minh City.

Prior to joining Mekong Capital, Khuong served as a Director of PR at the Vietnam Australia Media Corporation, where he was involved in providing advisory services on corporate PR campaign and marketing activities. Before that, Khuong was respectively a reporter of Thanh Nien newspaper, Sai Gon Giai Phong newspaper, and Managing Editor of the Food and Hotel Manual (owned by the Vietnam Australia Advance College of Hotel Management). Khuong obtained a Bachelor Degree in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Pham Dinh Khai was previously a Senior System Engineer in Credent Technology. Prior to that, Khai was System Team Leader in Informatics Service Provider (ISP) from 2001 to October 2005. His main activities in these companies were consulting, installing, configuring and maintaining IT systems as well as leading the IT team for the relevant assigned works. Khai has a Bachelor Degree in Engineer from the University of Communication and Transportation in Ho Chi Minh City. Khai has also presented in training programs in neighboring countries, and obtained MCSE, CCNA certificates.

Before joining Mekong Capital in June 2006, Khanh Linh was a Secretary to Finance Manager at San Miguel Brewery Vietnam Ltd., a branch of San Miguel Corporation in Philippines, where she worked over one year. Linh’s responsibility was to assist Finance Manager with all administration related issues. Linh has a Bachelor Degree in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and a Business Accountant Degree in College of Foreign Economic Relations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Ngoc Thuy was a Business Center Clerk at New World Hotel Saigon, one of the most famous five stars hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, where she worked over three years. Thuy's responsibility was to assist guests with their business related issues during their staying in Vietnam. Thuy has a Degree in The Information of Library from The Art and Culture of Ho Chi Minh City College.

Quynh was previously an Administration & Personnel Manager of Samsung Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd - a Korean owned company where she is responsible for all activities related to administrative and personnel management. Prior to that, Quynh was Office Manager at Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants - a law firm specializing in full-range of the intellectual property services and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Her work involved in all human resources/general affairs and part of filing, registering trademark in Lao and Cambodia market. Quynh has a Bachelor Degree in English from Hanoi Open University and a Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

Xuan Trang previously was the Team Leader of Front Office at Park Hyatt Saigon, one of the best luxury five stars hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. Her main responsibility is supervising all guest service officers to offer the both local and international guests with warm, gracious and efficient hospitality and ensuring all services provided to the guests meet the best standard and consistency. Prior to that, Trang was a Receptionist cum Cashier at Novotel Garden Plaza Saigon hotel and the Liberty hotel from 2002 to 2005. Trang has a Degree in Hotel Management from the Saigon Tourism and Hospitality School.

Before joining Mekong Capital, he worked for Tetra Pak Vietnam, a Swedish corporation which is one of the world's leading suppliers of liquid food processing and packaging systems, from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, he worked for Telstra in Vietnam, an Australia's leading telecommunications and information services company, for 5 years. Tri has a Class D professional driving license.
