Ha Thi Bich Van - Director of Finance and Accounting Consulting
Mr. Ha Thi Bich Van directs her team to build the capacity of the investee companies in financial reporting and finance management. The team is involved in various finance and accounting projects at the investee companies from restructuring finance and accounting department to establishing costing, financial reporting, financial planning and internal audit functions. The team also supports Mekong Enterprise Fund (MEF), Mekong Enterprise Fund II (MEF II) and Vietnam Azalea Fund (VAF) in financial due diligence and valuation of the potential investments. Bich Van is a member of Mekong Capital's internal Management Committee.
Ms. Ha Thi Bich Van was previously an auditor at Ernst & Young Vietnam for more than 3 years. She became the Head of the Finance and Accounting Consulting Team in 2008.

Bich Van has a Bachelor degree in International Business from the Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the U.K since 2006. She also received a Chief Accountant Certificate from the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance in 2005.

Le Minh Thuy - Finance and Accounting Consulting Manager
Ms. Le Minh Thuy is supporting MEF II and VAF in financial due diligence and valuation of the potential investments. She is also responsible for consulting Ngo Han Magnet Wire JSC, Minh Hoang Garment JSC, AA Construction Architecture JSC, Mobile World JSC and MK Smart JSC in finance and accounting.
Minh Thuy was previously an audit assistant manager at KPMG, where she worked for nearly five years. As an auditor, she was responsible for clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, trading and banking. Minh Thuy graduated from Hanoi National Economics University with a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance.

Ngo Thi Thanh Thuy - Senior Finance and Accounting Consultant
Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Thuy is supporting MEF II and VAF in financial due diligence and valuation of the potential investments. She is also responsible for consulting International Consumer Products and Duc Thanh Wood and Processing JSC in finance and accounting.
Ms. Thanh Thuy was previously an auditor at Ernst & Young Vietnam for more than 3 years. Thanh Thuy has a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City. She is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the U.K since 2007.

Trinh Thi Kim Dung - Senior Finance and Accounting Consultant
Ms. Trinh Thi Kim Dung is supporting MEF’s and MEFII’s portfolio on building up the capability in finance management and enhancing the accounting system. She is responsible for consulting Saigon Gas Holdings Corporation, Lac Viet Computing Corporation and Mai Son Joint Stock Company in finance and accounting.
Ms. Kim Dung was previously an Internal Auditor at Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam for more than 2 years, where she successfully built up internal control framework in various areas for Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam. Before that, she was an auditor at Deloitte Vietnam and Accounting & Consulting Company for more than 4 years. She also received a Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance in 2005. Kim Dung has a Bachelor degree in Monetary Trading from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City and has Level II Certificate of ACCA.

Truong Le Bao Minh – Senior Finance and Accounting Consultant
Ms. Truong Le Bao Minh is supporting MEF’s and MEFII’s portfolio on building up the capability in finance management and enhancing the accounting system. She is responsible for consulting Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company, Nam Hoa Production & Trading Corporation and Minh Phuc Manufacturing & Trading Joint Stock Company in finance and accounting.
Ms. Minh was previously an auditor at Ernst & Young Vietnam for more than 3 years. She has a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City. She expects to become the member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK in 2008.

Do Thi Khanh Van – Senior Finance and Accounting Consultant
Ms. Do Thi Khanh Van is supporting Mekong Capital’s portfolio in enhancing the finance management capability and improving the accounting system.
Van was previously a manager of the Research Department of FPT Securities JSC (FPTS), where she was in charge of appraising investment opportunities in companies specialized in Electricity, Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Garment industries. Prior to joining FPTS, she was an Auditor at Ernst & Young Vietnam for more than 4 years. Khanh Van has a Bachelor degree in Corporate Finance from the Academy of Finance in Hanoi. She received a Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance in 2007. She also holds Certificate of Professional granted by the State Securities Commission in 2008. She expects to become the member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK in 2008.

Le Quang Huy - Finance and Accounting Consultant
Mr. Le Quang Huy is supporting Mekong Capital’s portfolio in enhancing the finance management capability and improving the accounting system.
He was previously a senior investment analyst at Asia Commercial Bank (ACB). He specialized in appraising investment projects related to real estate and construction material industries. Prior to ACB, he was a senior business consultant and senior finance consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam for nearly 4 years. He implemented many consulting projects in different industries such as insurance, oil and gas, wood, agricultural products and consumer goods. He has a Bachelor degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City. He also received a Chief Accountant Certificate from the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance in 2004. He is currently studying Master of Business Administration in Finance program which is co-organized by Solvay Business School and Open University and expects to complete it at the end of 2009.
